Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Bin Boomerang LLC (the "Company") to its customers (the "Customers"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  Services Provided

  • Glass Recycling

    Bi-weekly glass bottle and jar recycling in Gilbert, Arizona.

  • Valet Trash Service

    Garbage can curbside service, including taking garbage cans to the curb for collection and returning them after they are empty.

  • Bulk Garbage Service

    In Gilbert and Queen Creek, this service consists of moving items from a staging area to the curb for the Customer before the regularly scheduled bulk pickup by the respective municipal waste collection service. In Chandler, this includes hauling bulky garbage from a staging area to the nearest garbage transfer station.

  Scheduling and Access

  Service will be provided on the day agreed upon during booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is accessible.

  Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods

    Payment must be made via ACH bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Billing Cycle

    The payment method on file will be charged on the last day of the month.

  • Failed Payments

    Upon an unsuccessful payment processing, the Customer will have two weeks to provide a valid form of payment and pay the remaining balance. If the Customer fails to provide a valid form of payment within two weeks of the failed processing, services will be suspended.

  Customer Responsibilities

  Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are compliant with local waste management regulations (e.g., not overfilled or containing restricted items).

  Cancellations and Refunds

  Services can be canceled by the Customer without notice. The canceled service can be terminated immediately, continue through the end of the month, or be terminated any date in between the cancellation date and the last day of the month. The final invoice will be prorated to the last date of service.

  Liability

  • The Company Is Not Liable For the Following

    Damages resulting from hazardous yard conditions or unsecured pets. Loss or damage to garbage bins unless caused by negligence.

  • Limitation of Liability

    The Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  Termination of Services

  The Company reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including non-payment, repeated inclusion of restricted items in Customer bins, or safety concerns.

  Privacy Policy

  Customer personal information will be used solely for the purposes of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without Customer consent, except as required by law.

  Changes to Terms

  The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• Acknowledgement

  By scheduling a service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
